I can't do much but ask if this was your fault odon?
Did you make sure you mog house was strong to the crystal you were using to save from losing items on a broken crystal? or did you have "mog enhancement: clothcraft" to hq it? With that expensive of items, i'd of took my chances with the extra power of the crystal from mog house then trying to HQ it and lose everything. Still sucks either way.
