about the Security Token

[Dayner]

anyway to track your order status by PoL or SE page ?

since my U.S mall didn't reserved it yet , i did get the email from PoL about shipping within two week and that all

All the people I know got theirs a day or two ago and ordered them the first day available, either the 7th or 8th.

A ten-day turnaround is pretty nice. Dunno if that's just because we ordered them ASAP or what, but that was my timeframe. Hope this helps.

Blizzard just released a free version of the security token as an app for the iphone/itouch. I wonder if FFXI will follow.

Not with so many $$ in SE's eyes.

I don't think so.

It's not like Xali sais SE's $$ in their eyes as SE is actually losing big money on these tokens.
(I cannot repeat that enough for some reason.)
But I also question the security of this iPhone/iTouch app for quite a few reasons.

just got mine today...and i damn near live at the end of the earth

EDIT: only problems i had was making sure the token was bound to the playonline id through the website. figd it out pretty easy though. so, not a huge problem. biggest problem was, i didnt have access to mog sachel after logging in with the one time PW. but, if you log out, then log back in, it should show up if it didnt the first time
