I was about to unlock some more nyzul ws on thf when i noticed the dread wind weather. the evil thing which had kept me mostly awake for at least a week with no drop 2 years ago
I ran up to check on that bastard NM to see if it was taunting me once again by spawning whenever it knew i couldn't kill it or stringing me along when i tried to hold it and killing me JUST before help could come. Little did he know I'd been meaning to try and solo him and had at least some of the eva gear I'd been storing up on hand instead of on a mule.(didnt have it all because of invo space restrictions) Luckily for me starfyre was online and could come to help. Sadly this scenario has been played many times before where a mage was coming to help and i died just a moment too soon.

Had a few close calls and we both went into red at least once.

Oh and i unlocked atonement earlier tonight too.

Tanked on pld in a "real" fight for the first time.
My first atonement/wyrm

Wiped once. got the strat down but was messy on the second ring and won.
The dragon having more air time than Micheal Jordan.

Me running around for a better SS of the dead dragon.

Then after the second fight i got told to nin/drk since the air fights were messy. My nin then proceeded to own the shit out of my pld when the pld died early on and I solo tanked it until the last 20% without breaking a sweat. 145+ fire resist apparently goes a long way. I just need to make some augments to improve it and i'll be sitting at 200+ on that set.
