I don't know what it is with the general populous of Quetz that thinks botting automatically means you're a teenage living with your parent, that has such a vapid real life that they bot to be king at a video game. Can someone explain it to me?

I bot, and I have since I've started playing this game. It's not because I can't get girls in real life; it's not because I don't have any self esteem, or whatever other garbage you worthless pieces of human trash attribute it to. Botting makes this game easier and FFXIapp actually comes with better tools than the bot itself.

tl;dr: stop white knighting and acting like bots = worthless real life.
 
That true, bots don't equal worthless real life. Only thing it means is that you just aren't good at the game and are jealous of the other good players. I just wonder why keep paying month after month for a game you are a little slow at, and will never be good at? 12$ AIM? or can't get enough of the hawt cat cyberz?

No shit bots exist, no shit this and no shit that. Other than silly bot price posting, this has been pretty much about how some shell is trying way too hard to be the "cool bad guy" forgetting that they cant even wipe their asses right either.

Maybe the reason you have a problem making that connection is because no one has made such an insinuation (that botting = no real life)... That and you're stupid? Perhaps one could make an argument for the correlation between low IQ and the tendency to use bots.

The insinuation I *have* made is that the megalomaniacal scrubs in the games tend to be nothing but exactly that in RL too, like Mister I'm-gonna-be-a-dentist-some-day-but-I-don't-even-have-a-high-school-diploma-yet.

But, maybe you are on to something after all. The aforementioned scrubs tend to also be dumb. Here, have a cookie.

Way to fail. I think if you conduct a survey, 99% of the responses would agree that in fact you, the people who bot, are the worthless pieces of human trash.

Botting may well make the game easier, but it also means you fail at something which is pretty damn easy to begin with - you know, it's easier to win at Monopoly if you steal everyone's money when they're not looking too.

Do you have anything to say that actually makes sense? Or are you going to continue contradicting yourself and continue to make yourself look dumber by the post?

Being as defensive as you are about it though, both independent suggestions that a) your RL probably fails and b) your IQ qualifies you for special government aid are probably true. The more posts you make to try to justify botting, the more likely you are to provide supporting evidence to both.

A bot is not some magical program that makes you suddenly feasible. I don't really know how you're drawing that conclusion.

Instead of proclaiming you're right, and not offering a shred of proof and/or reasoning makes absolutely no sense. Saying you won't listen to the other side just makes you come off as exactly what you are: an arrogant, and worthless human being.

As for you Bigbroon, you clearly have a limited understanding of HNM, so your monopoly analogy falls short. I play this game for fun. I enjoy obtaining gear. Botting increases my odds of getting gear, which in turn makes the game more fun. If FFXI had some endpoint, or a decent spawn system,(which is an entirely different discussion) I wouldn't bot. Stealing and cheating in monopoly isn't fun, because at the end of the game you have nothing to do with your winnings.
