I'd argue with that, but then I think back to the time I saw a RDM soloing Sea Horror with a Kraken Club on my first ever boat ride at level 11. I thought that was the greatest thing i'd ever seen in a game.

No. Bots get 'claim delayed' just like any other user would. If a bot attempts to Stun claim and is to quick, it will get locked out just as if a user would and will not get another chance to try and claim 99.9% of the time.

You're wrong, or at least portraying yourself wrong. A bot can not tell when the earliest moment available for claim is. The only difference between a bot and a user is the bot is basically guaranteed a "chance" at claiming. A bot will target the mob and attempt, where is a user might not get that attempt, say if they were lagging badly or if said mob popped behind them and they couldn't target it in time.
