I logged onto POL and it said my account was cancelled. I dont know why. my credit card is ok. It said It was cancelled on may 31 yesterday, but I didnt play yesterday. I had to re activate it all including my mule. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Has you account all of a sudden got cancelled without your knowledge?

Wow. Same thing happened to one of my LS-mates today. Heck, I'm still at work. For all I know, the same thing could be waiting for me when I get home.
 
I would highly suggest a password change! May have been just a glitch in processing your credit card, but better safe than sorry.

Nevermind, if several people are having the problem, it is more than likly a problem SE created.
 
Aye happend to me too, i thought it might of been that i didnt have the money in my account. So i went to the bank put some money on my Card and still nothing. So then i contacted PoL via the Chat support on there website, and the person i spoke too said that they dont cancel the credit card payments only me bank can do this.

He told me to retype my Billing info again, if that didnt work he said to retype it 30mins later. If that fails he said ive got to contact my bank.

The thing is they canceled my account half way through the month i paid off, but it usaly charges your monthly fee right away.

Now see you guys haveing the same problem i think POL have messed up.
 
So what does this mean? Because i still cant get online with my credit card.
Do i need to use a different Credit card?!?! If so that realy sucks... because i dont have one.

Only thing I know to recommend verify that all your information is correct, name, street address, CC Number matches that on your statements. After that contact SE.
 
Happened to me awhile back... idk how i fixed it, think i re-sent my account info.
 
Just something else I have noticed. On the Billing Notice there is now a warning “Chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of your account.”

I don’t recall that ever being there before; I wonder if SE had problems with people contesting charges and getting a lot of charge backs.
 
Before i went to bed last night i sent SE an email about this problem and pointed out the many other people have it as well.

I've loged back on to pol and i retyped me info and still nothing :|
Hopefuly they will sort this problem out soon!

I had this same problem last night. Since I got a system update before it happened prompting me to restart my PS2, I really think that somehow SE lost some of our payment info as part of the update. I re-entered all of my account/payment/address info and eventually got back on. I have some things you can try that might help:

1) Have you been out to the Service and Maintenance menu and chosen the "Content IDs" option? I had to reactivate them before I could get back in.

2) If you have already reactivated your Content IDs, you will need to link them all back to your handle before it'll let you play.

Still not working, looks like i dont stand a chance of playing FF this weekend hopefuly they can sort this all out realy soon.
 
dam i hope my character and account r fine >.< if not my parents gonna rip of my head and play soccer wit it :shock:
