I wake up and go to work at 0700 for the first morning sensitive item accountibility formation. After the formation I sit in my office for about an hour typing up miscellaneous reports that still need to be completed. At abouy 0800-0830 the Iraqi Army Intelligence liaison comes to our camp for our daily sync meeting where we discuss events that have occured in our area within the last 24 hours. If we have detainees that the Iraqi Army also wants to interrogate we will do join interrogations. If not, the Iraqi Army liaisons will return to their base and we will not see them for another day. After the sync meeting we are off to do any number of tasks, depending on the day: source walk-ins, patrols, raids, humanitarian aid missions, this sort of thing. This will go on all day and into the night. At approximately 1930 (7:30pm for all of you non-military types) we will do our evening sensitive item accountability formation. Around 2000-2100 we will be done for the day to start all over again the next day. If detainees are brought in at night (like last night) we will begin the interrogation process while the detainees are fresh and in the 'shocked' phase of capture.
As most of you know I am an interrogator for the Army. If anyone has ever had any aspirations in joining the military feel free to ask me as many questions as you want. My days are long and sometimes can get stressful. I want to come back to FFXI to help unwind at the end of my day. I do not plan on being obsessive as I was in the last two years of playing, but I do want to have fun again, especially in light of the new expansions that are comming out.
Yah, so I quit about four months ago in preperation for this deployment to Iraq. At the time it was a good idea, but now I am kicking myself in the balls over and over again wishing that I did not delete Squee and Serus. Is it humanly possible to get these guys back? Does anyone know a way? I have heard some rumors going both ways. Also if anyone wants pictures of stuff we are doing here, email me and I will put you on my email list to receive them. We are doing a lot of good stuff and opposite of what you all may have heard, there are some decent Iraqi's here.
