I know it may be shocking, nay outrageous that someone might actually take pride in how they play. But all this nonsense coming from someone who (like most of the other BLMs in that ls) nukes in a cloak and has even been seen to wear a Zenith Crown on her RDM. You don't think people didn't notice that? Can you come up with some equally rediculous reason to wearing a Zenith Crown other than "it makes me look pertty, teehee". I know you have a strong aversion to wearing the proper gear playing your job properly (you know, you have a pretty handy spell, it is called Refresh) but not all of us are like you.

Achates called me elitest. Is there a problem? I expect the best out of people when we're trying to get things done. Damn me for being elite, I wish I were more of a scrub so I could be in an ignorant bliss about how my job should be played. Q posted an Ultima strat, it was ignored. Veresko posted an Ultima strat, it was ignored. Rappa posted an Ultima strat, it was ignored. How many times can Achates fail at Ultima with his own strat before he actually listens to someone elses opinion? Obviously not enough. Anyone who disagreed with him was automatically wrong and a trouble maker. Not all of us are lemmings that can be forced off a cliff because of sub-par leadership. Fine, prove to me that your strats work and I'll shut the fuck up. Until then, listen to your damn linkshell members when they offer you advice.

The screenshots have been posted, there is no more face to save. Get up and brush off your knees and accept the fact that Rappa just completely showed beyond a doubt that something was terribly lacking in the LS. If you don't want to be geared or skilled, don't do end game and if you do, make sure you don't distrupt a shell with skilled people. The LS was better off.

I actually saw two, but neither was significant or worth correcting considering the uselessness of your post. But if you'd like, I misread Byla as Tenia once and I also accidentally agreed that Tenia had attended a run on whm/brd before which is actually untrue. God, you owned me. What about all the mistakes in your post I pointed out? Nevermind, that's not as important as my little one.
 
As an aside, is Achates ever going to come post in here or is he hiding behind your skirt?

I found 3 mistakes with his post in contrast to yours.

1) He has friends, real friends. Whether here or RL.
2) He can present an argument with full information and do so without leaving the post with so many holes that it makes a readers head hurt just trying to comprehend how much grass was smoked during the typing of the poster.
3) You can't make Rappa feel dumb. He's a man, we're confident people regardless of the scenario. I could be wrong all day long, but y'know what? I'm going to be just as confident with what I say and do afterwards and on top of that I'll strive to never make mistakes like that again. That's not only a determining piece of a persons character, but also a huge piece of the foundation of leadership. You should probably copy and paste this and e-mail it to your man in BK.

But it's not good for a linkshell leader to have dislike for any of his members. Those aren't the qualities of a fair and just leader.

A leader should not have to be fair and just there should be rules to make the leader fair and just. Checks and balances if you will.

I run a limbus shell and I don't necessarily like everyone in my limbus shell infact... before one of my members joined I was an outspoken critic of him due to a past experience. However the way that I have the rules in my shell set up even tho I vetoed him since my other 4 officers were all for giving him a second chance I did. This situation has worked out wonderfully for us we got one of the positions that we needed filled in and he has been nothing but an asset.

As far as loot is concerned there is no way with our system for it to be skewed by my whims (least not that i have figured out yet) because it is a point system with a very exact process to determining winners. In fact the person in question has already received a piece of homam (not head either) in the ... 3 weeks that he has been in the shell.

Due to the things that happened in the past i still may not like him (tho I still respect his abilities as a player and no longer dislike him) but we are both working towards the same goal and as the leader that works for me.

Linkshells should be set up so that there is really no one in charge theres just someone who plans parties and holds the shell. I commonly as the members of my group where they want to go or which zone they perfer to do and if its possible i do my best to do that for them. Course progression comes first.

I don't post screen shots since I play on a PS2 so my family can use the pc while I'm on the game. Is that a crime? lol

As for Koug. Was it not a comment someone said about the "kiddies" and you said "Who are you calling a kid?" that prompted me to tell you I felt they were referring to Koug. He is an older teen I believe. Yes, then a discussion happened about Koug. I don't recall it word for word, so if you want to get that info from your hard drive, that's fine. Tho it seems a rather moot point, doesn't it? It's not as though it will ruin a deep close and binding friendship if I am proved wrong.

Achates works and does not have access to a pc. He might, or might not read this. He might, or might not post. That is up to him.

Flames are so much more entertaining when not just one but *both* sides have the capacity to make a good argument... le sighz.
 
Also I'm not going to go and rebuild my old pc just to prove a point. Koug can believe whomever he wants. My word vs yours. Really, it is a "moot point" as you say since judging by your reply you couldn't care less whether he gets mad at you or not since you don't have a "binding friendship" or anything. So judging by your last reply you're pretty much out of ammo at this point. Hope Achates has more to bring to this than you did considering you just brought a little comedic value and nothing else. Assuming he's got the nads to reply and you didn't already clip them off.
