Addition to Gaming Section suggestion.

TableTop Gaming

This section would mainly be used for games like D&D (Which by the way, the fourth edition is out now, I got it this morning), ShadowRun TableTop, B.E.S.M The anime RPG and so on.

The section can also be used to keep records of players adventures in each of their campaigns in these games and possibly produce fanart of their adventuring characters.

Any opinions on this? Good idea? Bad idea? Any additions that can be made?

What do you guys think?

I wouldn't want to waste any space on the forums.

I like making this a usergroup. The forums are starting to get really cluttered and I'm almost to the point of supporting a major revision of the layout.

This would definitely postpone that need because users can customize their views.

Yeah, I think some of the sections added should have been usergroups. As little traffic as the sports/music sections are going to get, they shouldn't be default areas. Traveler's Tavern could also fall into that category, since it's been around for years but hard has any activity.

We actually have a hack we are looking into that will allow members to ignore a whole forum if they wish. This will be a welcome addition.

Seconded as a User Group over forum, if only because Gerry seems to be the only real supporter of it. Its a great idea, and the forum i used to mod on had a huge section for this, but that was because almost the whole forum used it.
