I just got photoshop and i just need a little help figuring it out....I've just been messing w/ some of the effects on some of the screenshots i've taken but i'm wanting to make a sig....anyone have any suggestions or help they can give?

i'm wanting to make a sig...i just don't know how...all i've done is messed w/ the effects like making it look all mosaic or water ripples...i guess i'll just have to mess some more

Ok thats a bit much Sabia, but if you have the ram it isnt realy a problem.

Thanks for the link...i'll see what it can do for me....I guess this just really takes a lot of messin' w/ to finally get used to.
Photoshop has a harsh learning curve but it's worth it.

LIke everyone already said, layers are great. And filters can help out a great deal, but be careful. Sometimes (I find myself guilty of this a lot) you can use too many filters and the piece you're working on get's really cheesy.
