*smiles*... all i have to say is... 4 jobs, only 3 two hours used, and about 8 Hi-potions

Most people/guides swear up and down for this fight you need such 'perfect' setups as 2 WAR/NIN , 5 SMN's 2 houring and such, even some have said "Pld's Can't Do these!"

granted, my static had already proved the 'paladin' part wrong, but man, we really showed it up Saturday... We have a new addition to our static, and they needed to get into CoP so we could continue from where the rest of us left off (yes, we've been doing CoP with 5 players ) anyways, our WHM called in sick, and since the update of no XP loss, we figured we'd give it a go!

Our party was Ean PLD/WAR, (leader) Chulhoon MNK/WAR, Nemico RNG/NIN, and Fureya SMN/WHM... took this out... Fufu didn't even 2 hour, she didn't need to

It was a cake walk. we each had all 3 anima's (though only used 2 of them each) and just went to work. total time was under 8 mins, with about 3 to set up (i was protecting everyone since SMN had only Protect ^^; ). So yeah, 6 mins roughly to take it down with 4 people

Oh! and just offset note. I personaly don't have any HQ gear (other than rings) so it wasn't like we were all Geared incredibly. But I did have to use 9 Hi-Potions (yay hi potion tanks!).

So to say the least, we've done it in the past (ZM, AA fights, other CoP fights), and it just reminds me how thankful i am for my static and my friends you guys ROCK!

I've been tanking every mission of COP up to diablos so far as PLD =P We certainly did not need 5 SMNs or ninjas or anything.

yep, we're past Diablos, just after that fight actually so it's completely possible. I just find it funny reading old guides, one saying you can't win without a Ranger (pre-range acc update) then saying that RNG's are worthless in CoP. Then other about PLD's and such. It's just amazing. Or even better... Almost everyone 'has' to sub NIN *laughs*

Most of the comments about the Promy's being extremely hard came from the period of time when they first came out.

If a party knows what to do and are prepared with Animas, it's usually going to go good.

I tanked all the promies on my pld no problem. Went 1/1 on all except Mea which we went 1/2 on. People who say pld can't do these probably have never played pld b4, or are NIN's.

Just a heads up, I'm not sure if you know this or not, but the no xp loss is only for the boss battle.. you can still lose xp getting there >.>

went 1/0 on all 3 fuck I dont want to do those again we won Holla by a sliver that aoe sleep kept sleeping my avatar couldnt get a second judgment bolt out

congrats now you dont have to do it again unless you have friends=P then you get dragged into capped hell all over again!
