AOL Instant Messenger. Yay.
I pretty much never use it. Actually I think I have sent messages on it 2 times ever.

I return home yesterday to a message asking if I'd like to accept an instant message from someone (can't remember name off hand, but nobody I know)). I say yes.

The message reads, "Who's this?"

Maybe you're just trying to figure something out for yourself and maybe you're an alright person, but FUCK YOU anyway. You fucking dumb shit. Who contacts someone they don't know for the first time and says, "Who's this?"

I don't care if people have it and message me. That doesn't bother me.
I have a screen name so that I can potentially use it.
Approaching me and saying hello, would at least promote conversation.
Saying, "Who's this?" just makes me say, "Who the fuck's this?"

Haha, this reminds me of the first release of AOL, when I was on 14.4 dial-up or less. It was more acceptable when the phenomenon of the Internet and chatrooms in everyone's homes was still fresh. 10+ years later, it's stale as hell. :lol:
