For those of you who are busy or just curious, I hope this answers some questions. But if you have other questions on this topic please let me know, and I can add on. Thanks.

What exactly is pre-selection?
Pre-selection is the opportunity to make customize your character, including looks and your character's name.
However during pre-slection, you are not allowed to play in game.

When does pre-selection start?
Friday, September 18th
12:00pm PST
3:00pm EST
8:00pm GMT

What exactly is the head-start program?
It allows you to play your characters before the game's official release. You get to keep these character once the game goes live. As of right now, there will not be any level restrictions for the head-start program.

When does the head-start program actually start?
Sunday, September 20th
12:00pm PST
3:00pm EST
8:00pm GMT

What is the grace period?
"A period meant to help people that get their retail key after the start of the headstart. During the grace period, you can use your preorder keys to play the head start without needing to use your retail key. It runs from the 20th to the 22th in the US and from the 20th to the 25th in Europe. After this period you will need to fill in your retail key to continue playing." -Unddu

Will that still work with the client we downloaded for open beta? or we gona need to somehow get the disc early?
 
Should play whatever you want to play :) it's your $15 hehehe

However... if you do like kabooming stuff >_> we could use another sorc <3 hehe

I tried Elyos durign this open beta.

I have to say, Asmo-side is so much more fun. The area layout sucks for Elyos, and the quest progression is horrible.

I love the glowing red eyes <3

They remind me of my favorite Gargoyles character, Demona. That's right, I love Gargoyles and I'm proud to admit it!
