Airship or Steamship in Norg?

Someone should know this.

When you go to Norg, travel up to the AH area. In the lower grounds on the same level as the nomad moogles there is a Galka that blocks the path to a small tunnel. Past this tunnel and from the water view, you can make out a ship in the distance traveling back and forth. The Galka won't let you past and says something about the area being off limits.

What is past there? It has to be something; or does it?
Also on the same note, The Tenshodo in Jueno has a set of stairs
roped off. Do they go somewhere?

It looks like both of those places are unlockable.

Agreed. That is what I believe too, so my guess is that you can't get on it

Not sure about the Tenshodo deal though

It would be cool if SE made it to add upon the PvP of FFXI to where you could get on the ship and when it attacked the civilan ship you could attack everyone on the ship as well.

Kinda sounds unbalanced and unorganized but its a nice thought
