Algol... anyone find it?

Algol - This legendary sword was said to be forged in the fires of the underworld. There are records of a demon general using the Algol during the Great War, causing wounds that emitted sparks until his victims perished in agony.

So anyone find this thing yet or know its stats?
 
Yeah, it drops off Cerberus.

DMG: 85, Dly: 480, Attack+3, Triple Attack+3%, Additonal Effect: Fire Damage

Great thanks! Any word on artifact armor for the new jobs yet... about to hit 40 blue and want to start looking good!
 
BLU AF is gonna not only strengthen BLU spells, it'll make them more accurate and cast faster. Maybe give some Conserve MP as well.

Not to mention it'll give +10 to all stats and liek omg +20 to attack and +200 to defense and +20 to evasion and parrying OMG D:

I rofl at Casper... what is he now... 55 PUP? He is a lvl'ing beast. He is AF level before there's even AF. "AF, we don't need no stinkin' AF!"
 
I partied with a lvl 54 or 55 COR today, i really liked it. We had to sacrifice a damage spot to do so, and his/her damage wasnt great, but the exp bonus and some of the dice rolls were pretty interesting and made the party alot more fun for us...which is way more important to me than getting 10 billion exp any day.

We spent the whole party shouting "Dont bust!!" and all types of crazy stuff, it was a really good time ^^
 
BLU magic accuracy is dependant on the main weapons accuracy. Sword skill + and accuracy + = win

He is 2 boxing with a PL for himself.

pretty sure, only physical blue magic is based on your melee accuracy, magical blue magic is based on other stats (Probably INT, as well as having HQ staves would be useful also)

There were pics of a 67 PUP and COR and a 69 BLU a few days ago. I'd be willing to bet they're probably 75 already.

I believe this is correct, but using staves will mess with your TP when using chain affinity... :/
 
I'm stopping my cor at 40 until there's an AF weapon. I'm not going to gimp the job to 75 just to be one of the first ones there. It's silly if you aren't giving your pt the benefits you could be from af weapons/armor.

No. You have to do Shattering Stars on another job if you want to take one of the three new jobs past 70. :(

i wonder if they going to do. because it kinda change the maat cap requirements.:shok:
