So yeah I was happy to hear that SE finally developed a windower. After taking for fucking ever to download the latest patch (5+ Hours) I set up my POS viewer so that I can play windowed. Well it turns out the ass hats who made this POS windower need to hire whoever is currently keeping the good 3rd party windower going as it fuckin shits on SE's version. My POL folder is 13+ GB and ur telling me that you couldn't do better then someone who doesn't even get paid for the work he does?

after reading up a bit it appears if you use a usb mouse/keyboard your shit lags to fuck with any windower. Yay for Logitech G15 Keyboard and G7 Mouse, now where the fuck am i gonna find some non usb shit. . . . Im even more pissed now.
 
I use an USB mouse. Doesn't lag the shit out of me =/
 
I'm derailing this post to flame your sig, I can barely read that font!

back on topic, you CAN use the unofficial windower still, remove any instance of the Recast plugin and it will work fine, as long as you disable windowed mode beforehand.

This also fixes the lag and lighting issues.

I stopped using the SE's windowed mode because it eats up processor speed like crazy. On Windower 3.3 I just disabled the Recast plugin it and it works perfectly.
 
Took them this long to create a windower, wonder how long it going take them to make a recast timer im guessing 2-3 years

Ssh go away gnat. Ok back to the the question tp seem to work most say , distance don't really care about. Though light luggage i'm wondering about because it nice to have, and why SE don't have it as standard is beyond me. I mean they already do it to the isp currency when you buy it from the npc.

They upgraded their entire game engine to DX9, and there are some bugs. Seriously, cry some more. The only reason this is noteworthy is because it's Square-Enix.

It's like I said in the other thread, take a look at some other games, the most recent being Team Fortress 2. When it was released, I had to gimp it back down to DX8 just to keep it from crashing as much. Then they fixed it.

The issue here isn't that something is broken. Whenever you roll out changes like this, something breaks for someone, often for a lot of people. That's irrelevant. What matters is how quickly they fix the mistake.

Christ, be realistic.

while ill agree with ya to give them time to fix there errors, to me it don't look to to bad. Some I hear that they can't even play because it so laggy. Think some are just a bit frustrated that they can't play at there fullest.
 
Hellstorm, aren't you the one who is ALWAYS bitching that using Windower is cheating? Are you telling me you use Windower and it's Plugin's? Way to make yourself out to be more of an idiot.
 
Mine is fucked up too. Whenever I get in the game using Windower my character runs in circles and my camera spins around and around and I can't stop it. I deleted the Recast plugin, and it still happens. I tried signing in the game using no Windower and it still happens. WTF this sucks
 
the only plugin that does not work and will not run on windower 3.3 is recast.

everything else works.
 
Also Brandson's GUI interfaces and fonts do not work. For some reason it crashes when the game transitions to the Mog House

Actually I never said I didn't, in fact, I said even back then that I used windower with plug ins. But yes they are cheats, what I was saying is that the people who said it is not are fools and that they have no right to criticize other for cheating if them there selfs cheat. Same goes for parse use that as well, but I don't deny it has a cheat. Unlike others on these boards who think there perfect little angels.
