i saw that vid for the first time earlier this year and it made it to my website heheh i freakin love Nick .. so funny...

lol this vid reminds me of one of my friends that had the same mind set. XD
 
lmao, Nick Swardson is one funny motherfucker. "I smoke weed all day I don't give a FUCK!" XD The way he said that was pretty hilarious. But I wonder....if all one does is smoke weed every day all day, where do they get the money for said weed?

Ummm, maybe they sell the weed also?
That would be one way to smoke weed every day and all day.
Or maybe they are fortunate enough to have a dream job of being a weed tester.. lol

ANSWER;

Said person has friends that invest in hydroponic devises, seeds, books etc. Said person has ideal area "indoor" for smaller grow ops backyard (with privacy) for a lil larger projects.

The yield one can get from a small to mid sized grow op (considering said person does learn well) can provide enough income from selling to small group of friends to cover the over head for the op as well as provide enough personal stash.

Don't bother asking how I know... ok =) I AM CANADIAN

You're on the right track...

Midsized, I'll say a single 400w HPS and a single 150w MH for flowering and vegging cycles. ~$200-$400 CDN (Refurbished~New will vary the price.)

Depending on the size of the room or enclosure, 250 ~ 1000 CFM Centrifugal Fan. ~$300 CDN

Cabinet or tables to setup. ~$20-$200 CDN

Nutrients, Soil or Medium, Pumps, PH Meter, Thermometer. ~$100 CDN




Not to mention where you get your cuttings or seeds and the prices they demand...

...If you're spending anything less than that, you'll grow a better crop outside.

The setup I mentioned will harvest a quarter~half pound (if you have a green thumb) every three to four months. With all expenses and time incurred, it will take roughly two to three harvests to start making a profit/living/personal stash.

Absolutely but you can easily get away with 1000w and any fan will do with exhaust piping filtering outside. Plus the clippings you can easily pull off with one female til the strain is too (for lack of a better word) strained.

1 pound is possible indoors with that set up. 20 - 30 plants =) presto

I'm talking enough to cover your over head, supply your own stash.
 
Hang that bulb vertically too!

That's really big compared to what I explained. But yeah, definitely more than enough cheeba. XD
