This kinda looks like fun, after all its from the guys who made Crackdown for the 360 and that was really great.

If it is a Cops vs Robbers esque MMO, I'd play a cop! I would bring down all bad guys in the most cliche way! (But not use a death note ;D)

Playing the criminal could be fun if you went for the eccentric Bond villain type. A few of the villains look to be pretty eccentric. IMO, it'd be hard to really stand out as a cop.
