These two made my time in the dunes go a lot smoother last night. I was there on a mule char (blm taru) and just hoping things weren't awful. Well, the party leader was clearly a noob who didn't have a strong sense of who to invite beyond whm+war, but that's fine for there and we got things working ok. The usual dunes stuff happened . . . leader died trying to go through sand bat tunnel, thief with no ammo to pull, etc., but we made it work, and a large share of the credit goes to these two.
Props to Almane, though, for doing raises on two occassions (leader didn't want to change hp from Bastok), and even escorting people to our camp. And thanks to Kile (who was on drg) for sticking around although he clearly wanted to try for a better party. Kile also ran back and forth to Selby some to buy the thief darts to pull with, and pulled crabs with jump when the thief wasn't on his game.
Anyway, everyone was fairly nice and the exp wasn't terrible once we got going. Had to rest some due to lack of backup healing (I didn't have subjob yet on my mule), but not a bad party considering it had 3-4 new players in it.
