Wondering why it is they changed it back from "an" to "a"? I know a lot of people laughed about it for some reason but I could've sworn any and all words that begin with a vowel are supposed to be in conjunction with the word "an" instead of "a".
I asked a few people about this and they said that the number "one" is an exception due to it being a number, but when I point out that people always say "an" before "eight", they suddenly don't know anymore.
So is there really in fact some reason as to why you'd say "a" before "one", or is that in fact wrong and they changed it back simply because enough people preferred it that way?
