I'm still baffled as to why he even said that, tho the two guys slo-mo laughing with the look on her face makes the whole scene seem oddly menacing for a moment.

It takes a real man to give a tender forecast. Clearly the anchor tenderizes his food by making sweet sweet love with it. I'd hate to see what he uses to baste it.
 
It'd be awesome it he turned it into his sign off... "Good night everyone, keep fucking that chicken!"
