http://ffxi.somepage.com/questdb/509 is the pure ancient beastcoin purchases. If you have sea access you can get these items without ever setting foot in Limbus (just get beastcoins from other people, such as from bazaars or something).
Never spend ancient beastcoins on a metal chip, btw.
http://ffxi.somepage.com/questdb/508 is an as-yet-incomplete list of AF upgrades. Somepage *does* have all the data for AF and AF +1 in their item database, (so a WHM, for example, can search for items with "Healer" in the name), they just haven't finished fleshing out this page that provides a side-by-side comparison.
http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/index.php/Category:Artifact_Armor_Plus_1 is a full list of AF upgrades, complete with costs, however not all of the wiki pages for the items have been filled in yet.
Also, some known errata in the actual in-game stats on some of the items (which is echoed on the above sites): the only piece of SMN AF/AF +1 that gives the *summoner* -enmity is Evoker's Spats +1. All other references to -enmity on SMN AF/AF +1 are actually applied to the avatar (whether the English description specifically says "Avatar: Enmity-" or just "Enmity-").
Consequently Evoker's Pigaches, Evoker's Spats, and Evoker's Pigaches +1 all have incorrect in-game descriptions (the rest of the SMN AF/AF +1 labels it correctly). This is the result of a translation foible from the Japanese descriptions, which was something to the tune of (all on one line, and of course in Japanese): "Avatar: enhances evasion, enmity-#". (Or accuracy in the case of the spats.)
In English, the enmity- part was moved to the next line down, the enhancement was reworded, and the translators forgot to mention the "avatar: " bit that nevertheless still went with the enmity-.
(Evoker's Spats +1 used to have incorrect English desc as well, but since it was *blatantly* wrong in that case - since it mentioned plain old Enmity-, *twice* - S/E actually noticed and fixed that one.)
