I've been thinking alot lately about the old old PC games I used to love growing up. You guys remember Hugo 2: Whodunnit, and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade? I used to love those adventure games you walked around in and did things by typing out shit like "turn switch on". Problem is... I don't remember the names to a lot of the games I used to play, so while I'd love to try and find if they're freeware somewhere now, no clue. Anyone else?

Sorry, I got no ideas..

Speaking of pc games, I loved Shivers. :)

I remember a lot of old PC games I used to love... Only a few were the typing games, though... A couple I remember:

Hellbender
Alone in the Dark
King Arthurs Court
Jazz Jackrabbit
R.O.T.T.
more, but cant quite remember...

A couple I dont remember the names of:
1. Some space/super hero dude, top down view... Very cartoony. Not a good description, but its all I got.

2. kind of a RTS game.. you have your platoon (that may be the name) and you go through and complete objectives or kill the other army and etc. cartoony.

To get these games, or any other, you can either go to http://www.dosgames.com or you can

Spoiler:
Get a torrent downloader and download your old games via torrent trackers

Prince of persia.

Dos game lol

Still like to find it somewhere and beat it >_>

One of my old favorites was the King's Quest series.

oh yeah, forgot to mention that game sort of like scorched earth (or pocket tanks, if you are not familiar with SE) Differences are you play as a gorilla and you throw explosive bananas across building roofs. Loved that game

Montezuma's Revenge for C64.

Also, the original Incredible Hulk, Spiderman, and Fantastic Four where you'd type north to go north and get a different picture loaded on the screen after a minute of loading.

That was how I spent half of my Visual Basic class in middle school.

Omg. There was this one game I used to play but I have absolutely no clue what the name is. You would like go around in different areas and find keys...and figure things out. I think it was called the Seeker or something, either that or I was listening to that Who song while playing it and it is now subconciousy imbedded in my head.

Star Wars: Dark Forces
Commander Keen
Red Rock Rover
essentially anything by iD software
Wolfenstein 3d :X

Kings Quest > all!

Lemmings used to see my brother play that all the time >.>

Shivers
Phantasmagoria
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Dark Forces
Sam & Max
Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight

I played the hell out of Jedi Knight with my cousin, it's not exactly a DOS game but it's close enough to that particular range.

Before we owned a computer I would sit in my moms classroom and play Shivers while she was in meetings...I would get scared and turn the volume down or shut off the screen.
