As a RNG, I already have plenty of duties. I need to be ready to leave the camp ASAP after the mob has been brought down. I need to check on our mages' and PLD's MP levels before pulling. I need to look out for aggros and links, as well as pops on the way back. I'm even expected to use Widescan while running around in a zone full of Exorays, as I hear constant "Pull now!" and "Chain! Chain!!!"

All that, I can handle...

BUT SLAPPING LEADER ON ME AND TELLING ME TO SEARCH FOR REPLACEMENTS WHILE STILL SHOUTING "PULL QUICK!!!"?!?!?

Okay, let me get this straight... I need to:

- Use Widescan carefully so I don't auto-run into a mob;
- Use the /sea function to find your damn replacements;
- Talk with the people I invite because YOU FRIGGIN' DON'T WANT LEADER?!?
- THEN HAVE ME PASS LEADER TO YOU BECAUSE YOU FOUND A WHM WHO ANSWERED BACK AFTER I DID SAY I FOUND ONE AND HE'S ALREADY ON HIS WAY?!?

Thank goodness I also found *MY* replacement promptly. The party was great exp-wise, but ever since the THF and original WHM left, and me and the PLD had to leave within 30 minutes... Everything degenerated. Constantly having to guide newcomers from the main Crawler room to the secret cave... Exoray aggros... Yeesh...

If anyone should have Leader, it's ANYONE WHO'S NOT REQUIRED TO DO CONSTANT KEYBOARD INPUTS BETWEEN BATTLES WHILE YOU DO NOTHING BUT REST!!

Next time, I'll respectfully decline. Last night I was blindsided with getting my L40, which didn't happen. 1.2k to next level left to gain, so I can finally use that new, shiny Battle Bow +1 as well as Scorpion Arrows.

I do it :shock:

I /sea all inv ##-## during battle when I am breaking from RAs too let hate subside.

If I use Wide Scan, I do it when the mob has 1/4 life left. I time it so I exit out of the map just in time to polish the mob off with one more RA.

It is an added worry though... I would prefer not to do it but I always end up with Leader so meh..

Oh, and I answer "PULL PULL PULL" With "STFU - the second I cause us to lose a chain you can say that all you want"

I hate the people that yell pull now constantly.
They insist on having me wait for their sorry asses to be ready after just 1 fight...In the meantime, everything I have already spotted and called out is being taken. Like clockwork, the shout to "PULL NOW!!" "PULL NOW DAMMIT!!" will immediately follow the taking of the last MOB in the vicinity. D'oh!
