Angel Skins?

[Tyrath]

Hmm, I've heard that the devil mantas had some update while I was gone.

Anyone know what it was? Some people telling me the devil mantas don't pop and/or don't drop angel skins in Cape teriggan anymore, onry Kuftal.

Anyone able to shed some light on this?
