Angry at me???

Here is the situation. I'm farming/grinding exp. as usual when a player races past me screaming for help. I already had another target locked and when i try to help him I end up getting stuck on my original target. I finally get unlocked from my original target and start the chase. I get a "You moved and interrupt your throw" message then followed up by "Unable to see target" when I tried to range attack. Eventually I get a hit on the gob but it was too late. The person I try to save is dead. I feel bad because I could have saved him had things been different. My feeling of sadness is quickly removed when this is messaged...

I'm not as mad as I originally was but still situations like this make me wonder what people think they are entitled too. I made an effort to save him, albeit a failure, which should be appricated within itself. Yet the first person he views as responsible is me and the second is Enix??? and not the person who gained the agro in the first place. ><

I agree, let us know who it was so we can rip him to shreds before Sunday noon ..., all in a days work.

Anyway, if I were you I would just /blist the guy and move on to live happily ever after.

I did /blist the guy but I took him off less than an hour later. I never stay angry for long in real life so things that happen in a game don't grate me too much. Just blocked him long enough that any witty retort he might eventually come up with wouldn't be seen. As for giving his name, while immediatly fun, just doesn't feel right. Who knows? He could be a decent player, you just don't want him pulling for your group. =P

Well if you don't give us a name we won't know who we don't want pulling for our groups. :lol:
Give us his name! :twisted: I love knowing how much someone sucks when I first get into a PT before the PT starts. That way I can start preparing an excuse to leave before we even start. ^^
