so....i remember getting this item a while back. I took an extended break from the game and am obviously now 'back'.

My question is, does SE show any intention what-so-ever of utilizing this item again in the future? I remember the moogle making a comment about not throwing the Ring away, as you'll never be able to obtain another one. But why hold on to a Ring thats out of charges?

Are any of you still holding your Anniversary Ring? I was gonna toss it, but figured I'd ask you experts before i do something stupid, haha.

thanks guys. ^^

I still have mine. I live on expectation...

ps - still it's a better ring than that Ducal Guard's Ring POS.

When square enix was asked if it was going to be recharged or something later a rep said to just toss it. Having said that if it DOES get recharged there will be many angry people out there.

it recharges every 3 years iirc, it has a cooldown until it's fully recharged again..

I only use mine when it's a rainy day for bst 7/10 charges left lol...

I like how people (not you, just the people that made this up) pull numbers out of their ass. There is no way for anyone to know exact numbers. It is always just speculation.

It's all part of SE's conspiracy to clog up our Moghouse and lockers with garbage.

I'd like to think it'll be recharged sometime in the future.
Besides, it's not like it's taking up room in my MH Storage.

Yeah, so we could pay them that extra dollar for mules. I'm sure it adds up to something nuts, too.

after reading the interview...it seems that the ToAG jobs aren't going to be getting relic this update...

thanks for the input. i'll just toss the dumb thing.

why is it that SE won't just give us more Mog House space? They've added soooo much more gear and what-not, where do they expect us to put it all?

CoP was pretty new when i left the game. Since then they've added two expansions and what, 5 jobs? and the mog house capacity hasn't changed? that doesn't seem quite right.

*on a side not, completely off the main subject, since my return...my going 0/7 on LL has totally reminded me half the reason i left...i had/have and forever will have terrible luck, haha*

If cop was pretty new when you left, they've added Mog lockers which can go up to 80 slots and your inventory goes up to 70 now :|

yeah, but mog lockers require those IS points or whatever right? which i won't have until i tag 50 and can exp in the ToAU areas...so that doesn't help much.

one question though. is the mog locker accessible from anywhere? like the nomad moogles and stuff? or just from your home nation like your 'storage' items....cupboards and what-not

It used to be accessible from MHs. Now you can get it from any Moogle.

It doesnt require ISP but merely Bronze coins. While bronze coins can be obtained by using your ISP, you can buy them or quest them for little cost/time.

1 coin grants you 5 or 7 days of access depending on the mode you decide with your moogle...

for 7days per coin you can only access your locker in Aht Urgan, to access your locker in any mog house will use a coin every 5 days.

I think the reason the moogles said that you would never get another one is because you couldn't use up 10 charges, toss it, and go get another one while the event was still going.

Peace,
Shmed

Just make sure that you ask the NPC in control of the mog lockers to make them so you can use them anywhere it shortens your time, but makes it a lot easier in that you can use it from the mog houses in other nations.

*Edit* The NPC is right outside the moghouse in Whitegate.

You're probably under this impression because of the 'shopped image that went around, showing the ring switched to 0/1 vice 0/10 and a large number for the cool down.

Alas, mine is sitting in my Mog Locker, empty and orange, with little hope of ever being recharged.

cool, but i take it Bronze Coins can only be sold in Bazaar's and not off the AH? I'd LOVE to have more space to work with, but alas, at the moment i'm a lowly lvl 30RDM, so I don't exactly have a TON of gil to throw at extra storage space. and just to clarify, the most your Mog House can hold is 80 right? I'm fairly certain I did the quest with the noble bed to increase my storage, but I can't get on and confirm the number of slots i have 'til i get off work.
last question, what is the going rate of Bronze Coins and what happens to my items in the mog locker if i forget to pay.

thanks for all the info guys, you rock. ^^

There about 400 a piece and 22k a stack, you really should never need to buy them since they only cost 20 ISP for one. And if you don't pay your moghouse fee you're just unable to access your mog locker and the items within until you pay another bronze piece.
