The initial site owner, scully, gave over the hosting to Reeves.
I'm assuming they don't live together.
I'm assuming he didn't send the server to reeves.
The site have went down several times due to server problems, at which point Scully (back when he was the owner) contacted those who own the server in order to get it fixed.
And where exactly is this supposed evidence of Blazn hacking? I know one thread, but there were others who did the exact same thing, in that very thread. So it might not be very smart to show that thread as proof to the police. Additionally, I do believe online threads can not be considered proof in court since it can be fake, a joke, or otherwise made up by someone else.
They'd also have to be able to link the IP of the post to someone's IP address, and as far as I know, Blazn never posts on his real IP. And it's hard for the police to prove something that happens online, which is why they rarely bother going after piracy acts.
The times they DO catch hackers is when they catch them in the act red-handed while it's happening.
Meaning you actually KNOW nothing, although you assume a great deal about the ownership of the server. Wow.. which is inconcequential because Reeve is the current administrator and gains from the site's existence making him the 'manager' so to speak and giving him and the acting admin/mods full control in the situation any charges are to be brought against users. Read up before you type out a worthless response.
No, you don't show the thread as proof to the police. You make a complaint and they watch his actions over the internet to build a case if one exists. Go you, you know how the system works but still have less than any idea as to how to get the ball rolling on getting someone caught being a douchebag on the internet.
This is all covered in the links i provided.
Again you do yourself a disservice by posting before reading. Not that i'm surprised, i just don't understand what you get out of it aside from the chance to look foolish in front of as many people as you can.
