Another ds question

[Canitoch]

This kinda popped into my head, but I have the old ds, not the DS Lite, when my battery dies..will I be able to buy myself a new ds battery? I looked online and the DS Lite battery only works for the DS Lite.

I don't want to have to buy a new ds just because my battery is dead

Nintendo.com's online store should sell them.

I was in GameStop yesterday and saw one, so I know they still carry them. I don't know if they will keep fresh stock on them though or if that battery had just been sitting there for a while.

Old DS> DS Lite although I will buy a black DS lite come graduation for diamond and pearl.
