Technically the thread was not about the Woman and her son as much as it was outlining the 'Outrageous Claim' made by fox news. So really, it is a debate about the broadcasting stations, or at least this one in particular =)

Technically the thread was not about the Woman and her son as much as it was outlining the 'Outrageous Claim' made by fox news. So really, it is a debate about the broadcasting stations, or at least this one in particular =)
In regards to the news stations...it is a case of the pot calling the kettle black. Fox made a claim about woman who BROKE the law seem like a criminal. Even though it was based on the police report. CNN makes it sound like every tea party goer will start rioting in the streets setting fire and killing everything in sight. Yeah I watch both news stations. No news station, not even bbc tells the whole truth. All have some type of sensationalism. Unless they find him an adult even if he raped her it would be expunged at 18. So he would not make any watch lists.
For hexx....actually people have been trying to give alternatives.
*A gag order was issued to stop a health company from giving letters to the people they service explaining the health plan the gov is working on. FYI that is unconstitional, but the whitehouse ordered it. *A very dem bussiness owner who markets organic food gave a very reasonable solution....then dems called for a massive boycotting of his business.
*Even now there are people trying to get KEY POINTS addressed, but our government will not give them the time of day.
The major issues people have is that we are not given enough information on many of these topics that will effect us. News, government all try to sneak this past painted how they want it to look. They have been doing it for many years. Also people need to stop griping about the conservatives so much. Many of the basic rights people now enjoyed was spear headed by them. Many gave liberties and rights to minorities and women.
It is our job to try to find out as much as we can before making a choice. The trial will say if this woman is criminally responsible for anything. I doubt very much that either persons life is ruined. Watch them get a 10 figure book deal out of it and some made for tv movie. Hell they might even beable to sue fox and other stations for defamation of character.
