The problem is using "gay" as an insult started because of its connotation with homosexuality. One of my friends used to say "kiked" when she meant "stole" before someone pointed out "kike" was an anti-semitic epithet. She stopped.

Just because someone doesn't realize using "gay" in a negative way is an insult doesn't mean it's not. It just means they should know better. Ask them to stop; if they do, fine. If they don't, write them off.

Tyrian, I'm glad you boosted the sarcasm level on that post, because it was confusing me, too. It seemed to be contradicting your earlier stuff. LOL

In response to pretty much every untactful thing you've said on this board. You used to be funny but I think you caught the whole "Hey! If I act like a total prick I get some really great results! GLEEEEEE!"

But honestly whatever...had to get that out there but you're really not worth the time and effort to add anything else. Good luck to you in all your endeavours.
