rich franklin got his ass kicked. i didnt think silva was gonna beat him, but damn he put him down hard. rich didnt look like himself tonight. hopefully he can come back from this and get the belt back. ken flo did a damn good job too. i thought he was gonna get knocked out in the first round. good ppv overall.
 
Hmmm, I wonder if Ortiz will fight Silva for the belt, or walk the talk of the past few months and fight Franklin again.
 
i think silvawould kick the shit outta tito. and tito would have to drop down to 185 to fight rich or silva. he might want to though after chuck knocks his head off when they fight next.
 
Oh man, those fights were damn good. I knew Silva was gonna wreck, the guy is freakin nasty. Knees of death...
 
silva was very impressive. i was totally amazed at how fast he put rich down. rich's downfall was wanting to get into the clinch with silva. he was punishing him with those knees.
 
I was alittle disapointed in the Franklin and Silva fight. I was hoping for a longer fight than 1 round and expected more out of Franklin. Silva is a pretty bad dude though. That thai clinch was tight and those knees were sick, you could see Franklin was hurtin bad after the first few. I wanted Franklin to win but oh well, time for a new champ for awhile. I don't really see anyone else that will be able to do much against Silva. I guess Swick is next up? He'll get destroyed I imagine.

I heard something somewhere about Matt Hughes upping to 185 to fight Silva. I duno if thats just a rumor or what, but Silva isn't a slouch with the ground game so that could be interesting.

thats what nate quarrys nose looked like after rich rearranged it for him. lol
 
man i hate looking at that fight, rich didn't look good right going into the fight anyways
 
now that i watched it again, he looked like normal rich to me. but after that series of knees he dropped his hands. when he dropped his hands i knew he was done.
