Anyone else getting this problem?

Well I'm playing on PS2, and I'm trying to log on. Everytime I go past the character select screen and click ok, instead of being logged into the game, my screen goes black and the character screen music keeps playing. Idk wtf is wrong -.-

Edit: Nvm, its due to besieged -.-

I was in besigned, kept getting R0. Died, used RR.. try to recast RR, and in the process R0ed and died.

HPed and started running back, kept not letting me into zone, eventually crashed me... now I can't log back in.

Yeah besieged is getting waaay too many people ;x Now my screen doesnt even go black. it just says "Server completely congested"

Yeah and I want the IP lol, don't wanna pay 15 mill for the haste hat.
