Okay I need some serious legal help/advice, my girlfriend is 15, and will be 16 in a few months, and her mom, is a complete and total psychopath, and she does nothing but hurt my girl mentally, does nothing but cut her down, and always falls back on a religion stand point... her brother is almost 20, and wants to protect her from her mom, and often times stands inbetween them when they fight

I was wondering is there ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING AT ALL that I can do? to help????? I mean she is making my girl Shake and Shiver like she's having a stress induced seizure or some shit, she was hospitilized for one a couple months ago cause of her mom's stupid fucking arguements

I need to do something, but as soon as I pick her up to take her to the police station, or the hospital I'll be arrested for Kidnapping, and yes I'm 18yrs of age, but seriously I need anything, and I mean anything at all to help her, I love her to death and I can't let this happen to her, she's going to end up dead after one of these times, and her mom wont do anything about it, even when she collapsed and had her seizure a couple months ago, and it's really worrying me, please... anyone

eh lets see here not to be negative or anything but just hear me out.

number 1.

You personally cant do jack shit for your girl assuming that shes a minor and your are of a legal age, not to mention in any case her mom can press charges against you cuz her daughter is a minor dude.

number 2.

her brother can do something about the situation if he can prove that his mom need some serious psycho evaluation, and that would be yet to be determined by court if in any case a shrink says to the judge that she indeed needs some mental medical attention.

bad side of this is that if nothing can be proven on that situation, not only will your g/f get custody of your girl but it will make it twice as worse for your girl since her mom is gonna go double psycho on her.

number 3.

Run Away from home <not the best choice>.

Running away from home even if you have nothing to do with the idea her mom can issue a police emergency as you kidnapped her daughter, being that you would go to jail without anyone to prove that you have not hidden or yet given the idea to your girl to run away.

lets says you would be arrested under the conditions of accomplice for her running away from home.

and yet 1 day they find your girl she gets into a much deep shit and you will be arrested on top of that.

I live in Tejas and my gf is 4 years younger then me and turning 18 next month. Only prob her mom has with me is she calls me wierd but other then that shes fne with me. So, it mostly dependsmon the family and where Ronith's gal is coming from, you try to take her, her moms prob gonna fight back. Just have her brother take it to court and hope hes able to take her away and allows you to see her.
