You mean by anything goes, does that mean I can tell you about people that I want to kill? Curse? Tell people to screw themselves?

Oh volunteer to pay for it and you are on.

However, board slowdown isn't actually a bandwidth problem, QCDN is on an ATM backbone and the few K we transfer can hardly fill it up. Chances are that it is an issue of how many other jobs are running on the machine QCDN is on, should this become a persisten problem I will look into it.

As far as rules go, there are none, what more clarification do you need?
You need to decide for yourself whether you can deal with the consequences your actions may have.
