This has been floating around the net. Deathsknight got a Apocalypse(fully upgraded relic scythe) on phoenix. Supposed to be the first final relic of any kind on any server, atleast any real proof of it.

I read on alla:

The Apocalypse has a hidden trait of "Break damage cap" which you can clearly see in the NORMAL hits of 150dmg, then in the 400s, then a critical for *633* damage. What hidden traits might the other relic weapons have?

Blind goes off about 20-25% of the time.

Catastrophe drains 25%+ HP if it isn't resisted. Damage is about 1100-1400, regardless of TP.

Its also nice how SE put a story behind each weapon and the damn weapon talks!!! My 2 new goals in ffxi:

That is awesome, read the whole thing now they have screenies of it in battle, doing 600+ dmg on a crit on a VT mob when the additional effect activates

Just to be clear, 600 crits when the Hidden trait activates. additional effect adds blind ^^

nope.. there was a JP player on our server with Excalibur ^^ he helped Xanty get Samurai quest done.. did a whopping 3000 damage to the tree XD

and... my ONLY goal left on this game... is Excalibur.. I have given up on all others cause they seem to be unable to get done >< but this is my last goal.. all I wanna do.. is have excalibur ^^
