QCDN Dynamis Scheduling isn't a rule, its just a common courtesy. Shells work together even if they're bitter rivals, so that everyone can have a nice time attempting to do an event that (for some god unknown reason) SE wrongly decided to non-instance. We all just want to have a good time, and we all want some kickass gear and coinage, so we decided this was the best course of action. We here at QCDN cannot hold anyone accountable, we cannot make people change zones if there is a conflict. We just organize it in a readable format and give people a chance to act like adults and work out any scheduling issues in a professional and courteous manner. I'm just the Den Mother.
