I just want to apologize to Meeze for being an asshole to him and everyone else.
I see now that my credibility as a player has gone down and I am sorry I have been an asshole to people for no reason.
Meeze, I know you're not a bad guy and being against RMT is not a bad thing.
I just thought you went about it the wrong way, but we are all different and have different approaches and opinions about certain things.

I hardly play this game anymore, but I'd still like for people to think of me as a decent person.
So, once again, I apologize to everyone on this board for acting like a douchebag.
I hope you can accept it.

Colbwa is like one of those serial killers that cries with a big wide grin on their face saying that they're a terrible person.

Your player credibility went down because of how you acted on QCDN?

I'm sorry but anyone who judges someone in the game based upon how the act on forums is a complete fucking retard, and should be shot.

I'm sorry but people act completely differnt in game. Who gives a fuck what you say on boards? Forums are lol anyway, and not just this one, all of them.

My oppinion is that you are who you are. If you're an idiot on a message board, you're still an idiot when you log, and you're still an idiot when you play FFXI. I don't think labels disappear when you change crowds. Sure, in a new crowd people may be ignorant of your wrongdoings, but that doesn't change the fact that you committed them. If for example I discovered that a nice guy in game is a racist on a message board or in real life, all his in game niceness wouldn't make him not a racist and I'd treat him accordingly. Some people make distinctions between various facets of life- online, reallife, gaming, etc, but to me, a person is as good or bad in one as all of them, and all that varies is how many people know about the skeletons in your closet.

I still don't get it though. What exactly is he appologizing for? Calling Meeze a hypocrite? That's even worth an appology?

What exactly scared him this much to need to appologize? Or did he post drunk and realize the next day he was too confrontational? I mean shit. Seemed kinda fast pussying out like that.

You would judge someone with their actions in real life based on the game?? Are you fucking serious?? Please quit the game. What does one policatal veiws or socialogical views about one race being superior have to do with the fucking fact if he can refresh or not?! Sure racism is the most retarded thing since the cosby show, but as long as they don't spew their ignorance to my party then I'm fine and dandy. But if you are going to shaft someone because of their veiws on thing in real life, or they simply posted their ideas online.

And to me you sound like the kind of person who would think that every time the word "******" is used, you think that is it used to describe a black person, well it's not. The word is sometimes used to desribe a ignorant person or a slave of any sort, since most people who worked for few or no pay were without knoweldge.

And you sound like the kind of person who takes everything out of porportion and spreads from what you have read from qcdn by camping forums while jacking off to them.

People make mistakes and people have certain views, but almost NEVER do things like this come up in the game, and NEVER does it dictate wether or not if they can goddamn fucking refresh.






Oh and this whole, "At least he had the currage to apologize." Imho, I think he's a fucking coward pushover. I bet he gets all walked over. "Waaa Waaa, Mommmmy, a couple people from QCDN are saying they won't invite me to their party, so I'll go apologize." Fucking pathetic.
 
I don't think he's apologizing for what he said as much as for spamming that thread. We've seen plenty of people start spamming threads tilll they get locked, the spam with board when they get ganged up on by the community (ie gay ass deuce aka holyhell aka duckmysick, and that cunt we aren't allowed to talk about cause her vagina cleaners start protesting).

His thread wouldn't have been as bad if he decided to post in one of the other 3497583749837948 threads that were going on about me.

I mean read the thread, it looks like he went off the deepend for a while.

Personally, I think it's funny when people get to that point, but since he's apologizing it shows he's more grown up than the other two idiots I mentioned.

I think I can take myself out of the scenario and see he was acting over the top, but it's hard to remove biases.
 
I think most of the community has a pretty good concept of right and wrong. Unfortunately, people's tolerance here for different points of view is very, very low, which might drive people who are generally good people but disagree with the main stream on one point into extreme frusteration.
