PS3 Ar Tonelico III announced for North America... with a silly title change?

Seriously? Ar Tonelico "Qoga"? Posting on NIS's forums as I write this to ask why the sudden name change from III to "Qoga".

Ar Tonelico III sounds just as silly and random as Ar Tonelico Qoga to me. I fail to see why the name change is a big deal.

Well for one, making it Ar Tonelico Qoga makes it sound like a side story rather than a full sequel in my eyes. They could've had a better title with, say:

Ar Tonelico III: Melody of Qoga

It keeps with the language and keeps the III in it. I know a few people commented on Siliconera about this awkward title change.
