I have to admit, I'm enjoying some of these games more than I enjoy retail games. I've had Castle Crashers since we first bought the 360, and last night I went and bought Rez HD and Meteos Wars. I also found myself enjoying the E4 demo, and will probably pick it up at some point.
Point is, does anyone else enjoy these as much as I do? And would you recommend any other games to try out?

I like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game, which is something I used to play in the arcades. My nieces and nephews play it a lot when I take my Xbox home.

I highly recommend Braid, which is a trippy platform-puzzler I'm ashamed to admit I haven't finished yet. N+ is also pretty awesome.

You might also try Zuma. I kinda suck at it, but my mother can play it for hours.

And of course... Bionic Commando. It's a great way to remake a retro classic.

Biggest time wasters for me were Puzzle Fighter & Puzzle Quest, I just sucked into those types of games. I also heard Street Fighter 2 HD mix is good.

Holy crap. I remember that game. I remember standing in the arcade taking turns playing that with various other kids my age at that time. I am trying to decide if I want to buy an Xbox 360. If they have this then I may try to buy one at some point.

Worms
Braid
The Maw
SoulCalibur
Bionic Comando
Doom
Alien Homonid (Made by the same people who did castle crashers?)
Uno

There are tons and best of all you can get the demo of each before purchase.

Let me recommend Gripshift for you. Me and 2 friends played that at least 200 hours in the 2007 summer on the PS3 version. It's actually a "puzzle racer". The objective is coming up with insane paths to get fast times.

This was a very fun game though i never went further then the demo. There was just too much for me to play at that time. I may pick it up now lol.

I have to date purchased 48 live arcade games and have loved every single one of them and put much time into each one individually, i still have a few trials saved on my box that are titles i plan to buy eventually, and im always looking to the future!

My favourite one to date is the origional Banjo & Kazooie. Brings back memories when I played it on the N64.

Shadow Complex is the best downloadable game i have ever played.. That is all.

I second that. I hope more games like this come out in the future. I miss the old side scrollin' shooters.
