Whos the ejit that keeps making the prices drop ridiculously low and then bringing them back up :evil: this is my only way of actually making money towards a haubergeon and i get tit heads selling for ridicuously low prices meaning i have to farm even more of the bloody things. And along with knife prices falling, bloody haubergeon pirces are rising. Ahhh, something in this game really does not want me to get a Haubergeon -_-
 
Heh try months ago when they were 20k and you STILL had to deal with countercampers....count yourself lucky as most lower end items have gone up in price while the high end items have stayed the same or increased much more slowly.

these should be 10k like they used to be.. and the Jujitsu Gi should be 90k like it used to be.. Ochidus Kote back to 250k... Fuma Kyahan back to about 100k... and all this shit getting overpriced needs to go back down. INCLUDING the Haubergon... that ingot went up too much.. and things like the strider boots and behemoth hides and a archer rings... those should really go back down to what they should be -_- thing that most annoys me.. is that its not the NA players hiking the prices up... it's the JP.. they are doing it to the ocl. ingot.. to so many other things... it's complete bullshit that we get called greedy when most of them are hiking the prices -_-
 
i have no clue how the knives went up in price soo much. its not as if the drop is hard let alone the mob it drops from.hell, a couple hours, you could get a pair of them easy

I clearly remember buying my Archer's for 10k, and I remember when Illidan bought his Hawker's at 100k a pop. I had to buy my Hawker's at about 200k each, and sold my Archer's for about 80k each...

The price hike first started because of the Promivyion's, and gilsellers caught sight of it, they haven't gone lower than 20k since.

Heh yeah, i was the one who got them jacked up in the first place :(
 
Elemmire you blame the Japanese for hiking the prices and while this might be true who keeps the prices up there? The fact is that if you got an archers ring you would and most of the other NA players would put it up on the auction house for 680k instead of the original 500k it was going for a while ago.

As long as people want money they are gonna hike the prices when they can, I think its a little unfair to place most of the blame on the Japanese people when NA people are just perpetuating the cycle of prices going up and probably do their fair share of price hiking also.

We are all people and we all want gil, Greed isnt a trait only native to the Japanese people :wink:

even if she or anyone were to put an item for, in this case 500k, whatever the history shows is more than likely the ballpark of what people will bid. i lower my price considerably when putting something on AH. my last archers knife i sold, i put it up for 40k(the history showed and average of about 70k), and guess what, it sold for 69k.
 
Yeah i noticed this too. I remember selling them for like 20k or so at the time....which helped fund me for my hawkers knives.
 
Well they did ruin the spawn time on him quite a bit. Moved it to two hours and made his range bigger...not sure why they did. I have never seen a gil-seller camping him, so dont blame them! I feel bad for Alchemists trying to craft a hawkers now. Archer for 60k and a Hawker for as low as 140k ; ;. NQ must hurt like hell..
