I was serious in my getting along post. We've all been at each others throats way to much lately. Everyone needs to stop and get a hug. I'll be over here giving out hugs if you need one.

If no one gives me a reason, I don't push them. People keep throwing them out there and not expecting people to challenge them on it.

To relate it to my Crim-Just classes, someone else needs to police the police. In this case its the members of the forum who police the mods.

Situations like that are sometimes commonly cries for attention cause they have nothing better to do than try people to see what happens.

Its more the person being the idiot that seems to want the attention, and if that ISN'T his goal, then he truly does need some educating.

I don't need attention, but some of us just seem to get it wherever we go.

That probably could be applied to everyone here, but then where would all the flame threads be about? Dune/Kazham/Qufim/Citadel parties and Ninja lotters?

True, but the difference being everyone here doesn't say, "Post useful shit or go away", except to the people we are really tired of.

The police example is a good one, in fact we all as law-abiding citizens hate getting petty things like parking and speeding tickets off the police when they could be busy out there catching the real criminals, like murderers and bank robbers. Ironic then how we despise these figures of authority untill we find a body floating in the riiver. Being a forum mod is much like a police officer I suspect a thankless task for the most part.

Nobody likes beng told how and what to do and online that freedom is even more desired, rules and regulations are endured more than wanted.

And Necrosis won't server hop because Nicholette flamed him, people won't stop using joyeuse on WAR because I flamed them, and Hellstorm won't use Spellcheck because people tell him he can't talk.

And people flamed me because I vented in the SJ and raise ethics thread! In that thread it were apparently not allowed to vent :P
