When I joined FFXI about 6 months ago my friend got the Gold world pass I guess we were supose to get some sort of hat that took my friend down some lvls so we can party together. It said we were supose to get the hat w/i about 3 months or something like that but we never recieved it. What can I do about this or and I SOL....

You have to be in a party with your friend and talk to the world pass vendors and ask about rewards. It doesn't automatically give them to you.
