Let's see... in the 7-8 months we have been a sky LS I have gotten the following...

Osode (only a crazy person sells this)
Sune-Ate
Kote
Haidate
Crimson Finger-Gauntlets (bid three times as many points as they were worth)
Dusk Gloves (6.5mil gift from the LS wish list)
5,000,000gil cashout

So total of 11.5mil worth of stuff in 7-8 months, I hardly see how any insider information has benefitted me at all, as every member or leader that has been in the LS since the beginning has made more then this in gifts/cashouts. Actually many members that have only been in the LS half as long have made more then me.

Actually, you've gotten a hell of a lot more than 11.5 mil "worth" of stuff. Osode alone is worth way more than that.

man those were the DAYS I love the part where we kill the mob and there is always ONE PERSON who didn't get hte key item and had to do it all over again and then wipe lmfao.

I am so proud.. we didn't have a single wipe. Everyone got their key items except those couple of people who realized they didn't flag the quest. ; ; All in all it was a lot've fun.. funniest part tho is when I was getting ready to tele the alliance and tele'd the first party and warped back to Sandoria. ;p

Like I said, I would never sell Osode... its priceless. And its an item I would feel would be completely disrespectful and a slap in the face to hold the honour of being the first member of my LS to recieve one and then ever sell it.

Anyone who sells an osode should instantly be delvld to lvl 1 and never be able to lvl past valkurm dunes....

haha he speaks and just shows how little Grasinthor knows as usual. Insider Information... Scwall knew about the point change and cashed out his gil early because Dowzer (his roommate) AGREED

I agreed upon the benefit of the LS because people were hoarding points to cash, using the gil for crafting - instead of beneffiting the LS by buying their own cursed equipment. I had no idea it would backfire on my friend like it did.

You word it as if I knew the change was going to result in Scwall not being to lot N.Body? Screw you.

Insider information...right.... I told him to cash his points and he understood why.

You know why? I had some faith that he would be able to lot on N.Body without anyone challenging him. You think he wanted to waste 120+ points (points after the change - he used to have 200+ before that) to cast lots against Rolekii? Fuck that. He was pissed. Told you guys to start looking for a new THF and that's what happened.

Just be happy we sold you that fucking knife, instead of some JP for 70+ mil.

So atleast he would get something, besides spending 200+ hours that were saved for ONE item.

So instead of losing all his points to one item, he cashed out. With the points remaining he should have had lotting rights on N.Body.

That's when we lost faith as Rolekii challenged him. For whatever reason, I don't know. The only reason this came to be, is from the point change. I had NO CLUE it would result in a PLD (without w.legs at the time) wanting to challenge a THF for N.Body. If I knew it would happen I wouldn't have agreed to the change.

So all in all.

Atleast Scwall got something for those hours.

Oh wait a minute, gil means shit to us. We don't need it.

He received sweet fuck all from those points that he saved.

Your LS went into "the red" and even deeper. You know why?

You made a big mistake.

You made points worth gil. 1 pt = 30k for melee and 1pt = 50k for mages. (melee/mage discrimination, what about tanks? lmfao)

The linkshell couldn't get enough gil to support these points.

Thus the leaders agreed upon a change, so that we wouldn't be working off a "debt" that would only grow larger and larger.

I agreed to this change. Because I knew the debt would only grow larger and larger. I had no idea this would happen to Scwall.

Anyway, I hope things have changed since we left. Wouldn't be cool to hear more people being screwed out of items they earned ( o what it's still happening )
Goodluck.

Sell it Zoo... SELL IT SELL IT!! >.>;

I think a worse punishment would be to go back to lvl 1 and never have a pt last over 22.78 minutes. Muahaha.

Well, truth be told, if you are the one who bet against him you have a very high chance of winning the $10. This flame had very good potential, but it's sorta fading out a lil' bit. Hope everything is going well with you.

Miss ya, Pooh Bear.

Dowzer, you think anyone thought it would backfire on Scwall? Thats the issue when you play games with other people, always ways to find a loop hole or a way through to screw someone over. Its how cheats and 3rd party programs strive.

Actually, the funny thing is that I know that "I" infact piss you off especially from the response your giving now. lol But your right, you should be on the defensive.. it is insulting to the leaders to do the things you've done. Too bad you don't act on those words. The shell would probably be alot better, but thats another topic. You've always been the type to put blame on others rather on yourself hence your comment regarding Dowzer and Scwall on insider information.

There is a difference of knowing little and twisting the truth to what seems to benefit you which is what you seem to enjoy these days. It's been known by me and many other people still in your shell which shall remain nameless (for the fact that they are still in the shell) know about how you took the change in the point system to your advantage when you decided to "conveniently" use up all of your points right before the change. It's been no mystery to alot of people. Cashing out 3 weeks in advance to zero points and it not being because a change in the point system? Sure deci lol. I don't believe it was 3 week, probably less than that but not really the point. At least it seems that you are semi confessing to that in this post finally but not fully. So insider information? Yes, you definately used that to your advanage. Good we agree with that although you are trying to throw Scwall into that to cover yourself on that subject.

I remember you saying that was nothing left in sky for you, probably why you didn't come to farming etc etc. (good role model right?) I can go on all night with what you and I both know about you. I didn't care to take a listing of what you got from the shell and it may be more than you posted here but for a guy that supposedly doesn't have time due to school, doesn't do dynamis with his own shell, only seems to come to selective LS events but rarely any farming (if any)... compared to someone who makes every farming session etc etc, you probably have gotten more than you have deserved.

So back to topic, you have the nerve to talk about a person's decision to make more time for his newborn baby to be wrong and not an appropriate way to spend his time when it comes to FFXI, but you want people to not compare that situation with your excuse for school? Hell, when I was in the shell, I did full time school and worked... still showed up to more events than you did before I had to leave the game for a while. More of the point being that taking care of a newborn .... REAL LIFE PERSON... is and always is more important than an excuse of going to school. If he is a new parent, that makes it even harder to get settled and manage time. So deci, yes... again prove how much of an idiot you really are.

Go ahead deci, what do you have to say next? Make me laugh some more... you ego trips and off the wall, made up responses make me smile.

Tyrath: I think that was on my recruitment thread actually. And yes, at the time it did seem like the ideal choice for me at the time. Honestly I think Decidence misunderstood my lack of having all of my dynamis end-game equipment as something along the lines of I needed a dynamis shell. I didn't mean to make that impression although did clarify even on my application. Even babu couldn't get me to change my dynamis shell, so alas BoL shouldn't take offense to it either. ^.^ I have fun there. No ammount of promised gear can ever come to change that. I think that is what players (whether they're leaders or regular members) manage to forget. If you're not having fun you're not going to show up regardless of the item. Shells need WHMs so the price of the nobles will continue to be raised regardless. Cloth is becoming the next a.legs or whatever those commen melee abjs are. So much people break that 10mil cloth just to try for the HQ now. lol.

Nope, the dynamis comment was a side note to you. The lax part was about sky bol and which is what I was pointing out. Completely different from what he said in this thread.

Oh well with the fucking huge growth of this thread I wasnt even able to keep track of whether he replied or not :O

Some curses are blessings in disguise. I hopped off my chocobo just the other day to raise some level 10 white mage who was running to his camp.

He said thank you. The rest of his party said thank you. I still think thank yous go a long way even if I did end up running the rest of the way to Selbina on foot. Never know when I'm going to have have a face full of sand waiting for another to come by and hopfully drop their chocobo for me.

jesus christ people, im a slow reader apparently... 2 pages of thread pop for every 1 i read

I do that too without thinking, last time I did it and ended up having to run a long ass way to my destination :P

Ooooh.. I'm all full of derails tonight. But, nope, you didn't miss anything. He didn't do anything other that contradict being a lax shell. My attendance became an issue as well in BoL, so I resigned before it would become a larger issue. No harm, no foul. In his defence though, I used to be a pretty hardcore player so I think they might've assumed that I would be just as hardcore. Honestly I was too hardcore and possibly raised the bar a bit too high. Now I'm looking for a ways that non-hardcores can enjoy the game. Dynamis is a nice alternative. Put in a couple hours once a week and you have a equal oppertunity to obtain high-end gear as well as money drops.

Garrison is an additional alternative to the need to rush to lvl 75. There is not much that you do at 75 that you cannot do at level 20. It's like crabs in the dunes are much like crabs in 'The Boyade Tree.' You get ENMs at level 30. Only factor that never changes is that you need players with like interests.
