FYI, Valks does not farm on Saturdays. Know what you are talking about first. :|

Just a quick response to Gras, I have been bored at work and needed something to do... anything. But my workload just picked up so we can continue our bickering tomorrow, ok?

I am by no means saying your shell is not good enough or that you are not good enough and not trying to start a flame - it just is not possible these days based on the competition for items and believe me I have the hours logged in sky to know, unfortunately.

ulli takes what? 3 people to camp? (2 x rng , 1 x rdm)
faust takes what 6 people?

I guess no matter what your RL is, if you cant make contributions to the LS and just got an item that could obviously help the LS, Yes he should have before he took leave gave the tunic up for it to help the LS. I would assume the same consideration for an Osode(which is much more valuable). To me, if Im given somthing via wishlist as a DRK from the LS and I went on leave for 1month plus I would probably give that item out on lend until I get back. That was the result of our LS's work in sky. I did not earn that on my own. It took the whole LS to get that item. The item wasnt given to him to sit on his char while he was AFK for a month. It was given to him for use in the LS events. Im sure if the LS had known he was just going to take the tunic and go AFK for a month+ we wouldnt have had this issue, because he wouldnt have a tunic.

RL> game life is soo true. But what good is the uber items you GET from the LS if they sit there. Everything BoL does is to try and PROGRESS the LS. BoL doesnt exist to equip people so they can satisfy thier in-game goals so they can quit/stop sky. They want to reward the people that share that same goal. Busta obviously didnt have the same goal as the LS.
 
I have done Ulli on Saturdays, but we have our set farming days when we do the bulk of our farming.
Your comments lead me to believe you do not farm on Saturdays either. In addition, I highly doubt that your shell has ever done Ulli with a rdm and 2x rng, let alone all pop items, gods, and Kirin in 1 day. Sorry I have too much experience to believe that.
 
Pretty much what I was trying to point out was it was a mistake to give Busta a Noble's so soon, but that was BoL's mitsake unfortunately. Busta did do the honorable thing in the end and gave the Noble's back to BoL, but what WYS did was not honorable, but of course that was taken care of according to Busta (which I'm glad did get taken care of).

Endgame Ls's give out equip to better the shell and progress, and it would had been in the better interest of everyone to have given the Noble's back until his return. It really just turned into a whole mess that I hope has now been completely resolved. Personally, 1-2 months of work shouldn't warrent a Noble's IMO, but that was something the leaders chose.

it's all perspective. a hypothetical morning= 8am PST is 1am JST sunday. is 1am JST sunday really primetime jp sky time?

While end game is end game, but everyone have a real life. And if this is how you consider end game Decidence, you better quit the game and go out some more.

Either way, I believe you were one of the people who thought it sucked that the noble's was on borrow untill they "earned" it in OH, and now you ch ange your mind, hmm? Either way, we don't lend the noble's anymore, we give them out to our WHMes, and if they stop showing up to events after that, {That's too bad}. While it can feel like a kick in the nuts the first couple of days, you will have forgotten about it within a week.

What sucks even more though is that you kicked Busta once he gave the noble's back, why is that?

I wasn't one of the people that cared at all about Nobles, I hardly knew the situation with them or what was going on with them while I was in OH. And as for kicking Busta, I wasn't even online at the time...

btw, if valks doenst farm on sat, and bol, afinty, esp doesnt. saturday must be pretty wide open :)
 
well, I have solo'd all pop items, the mini gods, and kirin in 2 hours.. beat that!
 
I love that at least 2 people who admitted to not reading the entire thread came out with "zomg it only takes 10 minutes to check in with your link" meanwhile ignoring the fact or simply skimming over the statement busta had no internet, has a disabled wife, lives in low income housing, and according to his woman was busting ass taking care of his/her (not sure) mother, the child, and his wife ... i know, i know ... what kinda fucked up priorities he has. I know some jerk-offs on a video game woulda got *my* immediate attention. :roll:
