Hmm lemme break it down for ya. As a 37 Nin...my debuffs get resisted on mobs that are IT to me.

So figure you are a 74 Rng/Nin trying to debuff a mob...your skill is HALF that as a Ninja main. No way will it happen.

only debuffs you're gonna be using as a RNG are acid bolts, blind bolts, demon arrows, venom bolts..

i wouldn't rely on blind bolts and venom bolts however, their process rate is very low on exp mobs, and the status affect doesn't last very long on the mob (poison lasts like 5-7 seconds)

Ummm... just shoot the mob. If you get hate... stop. Recast utsusemi when needed.
