I hate for my first post on these forums to be in response to a flame against my LS... but i guess that is how it goes. Most of the things that i have to say have been said by others here already, but perhaps another voice would be helpful in this situation /sigh.
1. a portion of a group is not the whole group. If you have a problem with what happened between you and a few people, that is fine... people fight. However, to generalize it to a whole group of people is unreasonable.
2. As Mistaya has said, we have raised people during our fights who countered or even stole an NM from us before. I pride myself on how considerate my members are, had you died, you would have gotten a raise, and had there been a WHM in the PT you would have gotten a raise III. (arcien has his blm to 74 now misty and was using it^^; he is also still a member of the ls).
3. Traditionally what we, as an LS, have done is wait for a PT to wipe, or to run away, before claiming a mob. the only exception to that rule of conduct is when it has either been stolen from us, or when it is being stolen between other groups; if a precedent of stealing has been set, then we feel there is no reason to be considerate of those who would have not done the same for us. While i had never stated that members of this shell should probably follow this ideal when getting NM on their OWN before, i have done so now, as people are often childish and blame a whole group on a few individuals actions. That being said, they did not "WANNA FUCKIN MPK YOU SACKS OF SHIT!?" as Svina so eloquently put it.... They never cast sneak during their battle, there are screen shots... but I will leave it up to one of the participants to post those if they feel they want to.
4. Finally, though an unfortunate and ugly part of NM, when hunting them, you should expect that every now and then something crappy is gonna happen to you in regards to a claim. That does not justify it, but knowing that that is part of the "game" means that when such things occur, it shouldn't become a big enough deal to cause one to say and act upon the following sentiment:
"The war is fucking on boys. seeya tomorrow."
On a Final note, NMs and this event are completely unrelated to fishbotting, and the fact that you related them seems odd to me. It indicates that you hold a grudge against the LS because some members in it (again not all) “harass” you because you allegedly fish-bot. As I have never been involved with that I cannot say what happens on either side in that regard. Nonetheless, it also seems that you have been waiting for an event to occur that you could blow out of proportion and use to sully the LSs name. If drama is your thing and you want to call out people for having poor interactions with you, whatever… Just don’t make the mistake of generalizing it to the whole group, because we as a group do not take well to, or want anything to do with, drama.
