Aspir / how do i flag it =/?

Well my blm is finally high enough to use this spell but....I cannot unlock the quest from Fuepepe.I did the quest about waking up that kid in school and also maxed out the fame.I even did the painting/inner hiroruto quest.Anyone know what i need to do before i can flag this quest?.I really hate buying stuff from AH that i can quest so not planning to give up just yet

Are you sure you didn't quest it before and sold it?

Do you perhaps have another active quest going on with that same npc or followed with them that you haven't completed yet? Sometimes that could be a problem too, but make sure you farm for test answers or buy from AH otherwise, and maybe try trading to him or I forget who you give it to.

There's one quest (believe the sleeping kid one, which you did) that requires a pepper or something to wake him up...

Another kid asks you to bring the best growable plant you can to him for his assignment. You can half-ass it and bring the item he gives as an example (sobbing mushroom), but you get minimal credit, though it's not that good of a reward nomatter what you do.

I dunno any other prerequisites to the quest.

Hello,

The quest "Teacher's Pet" is a prerequesite for the Aspir quest. There is another taru across the table from Fuepepe named Moreno-Toeno and he will ask you to bring him a Two-Leaf Mandy Bud (rare/ex) and bird feather. The Mandy buds drop pretty frequently from the Tiny Mandys right outside windurst and just a little further out the Carrion Crows drop bird feathers (or AH). Hope this helps.

I think i thought i did the mandy bud quest but i havn't done it.Going to check n see if doing that enables the aspir quest.Shoo kitty ^ ^
