September is the month of love. Volume 12, 13, and THE CONQUERER OF SHAMBALLA released all within 1 week of eachother. The end of the series DVD releases rockin' hard. 9/5 marks the release of Volume 12, and 9/12 marks the release of Volume 13 and the movie. The movie's Special Edition doesn't come out until November 14th, though.

For those that have missed out on the movie by not grabbing a fansub, your waiting is almost over.

Needs more alternate ending to the series, seriously. =\

Read the Manga, it's slightly different in the begining, and after Lab 5, it's a completely different story(including Barry the Chopper living on in his armor for a good bit,) since the anime caught up at this point, and just proceeded to continue without source material. It's still in production. Chapter 63 is out(in japan) in 2 weeks, I read scanlations. :(

http://www.readmanga.com/view.php?currtitle=1&chap=001&img=0 Use this until Chapter 44, then move on to http://www.zomgfta.com/.

Read Manga doesn't use High Quality scans, and theres a bunch of side notes you can't read, so quit using it once you get to 44, and move on to FTA. They're the ones that do the scanlations, and allow the HQ scans downloadable, free. It's passworded, but they change it monthly and have a hint. Click on "Huh? Password??" under the FMA chapters, and scroll down to the bottom to get the monthly hint. The log in name is in that page as well, so be sure to not miss it.

The manga-onry characters are pretty great too. Edward/Ling Rivalry when they first meet is great.

I agree entirely on the anime needing a better ending. Stiffing Winry like that was horrible =/

I was lucky enough to catch the movie at Otakon...all I have to say is it kicks so much ass.

The movie has been on my hard drive forever and I have yet to get past the beginning. Then again I have sooo much anime to catch up on it isn't even funny. I think I am over 30 GB now.

thats all? im at almost 85gig

Damn, I thought I had a lot to catch up on, I only got like 8 gigs that I need to watch. Anyway, I saw the movie once it hit the internet subbed, I thought it was a great ending, compared to most animes I've seen I enjoyed it. I never read the manga though, I did hear it is different from the anime, so maybe I'll check it out.
