Consider this a public message, from the staff of QCDN to yourself, to cease and desist in your repeated actions of creating accounts on QCDN. We have banned you several times - please note this should be taken as a clear indication that we do not want your commentary on this forum any more.
Do not contact me, other moderators, or any administrators of QCDN in any way in the future. As an official notice I can only speak for those responsible for this domain and not for the members who contribute.
I ask for the co-operation of our members in the following: do not contact this user in any form on my behalf, nor the behalf of the QCDN staff.
Neolink: there is nothing to discuss. Again, please desist in your actions. Any PMs sent by you to myself or other QCDN staff will be immediately deleted and not read.
The following is a definition of "harassment" used by some public organizations. This is extracted from Black's Law Dictionary and I suggest you read and understand that you are - under definition by law - harassing specific members of the community.

Below is a list of accounts we have linked back to Neolink via IP association. I will attempt to update this as often as possible as it will serve as a point of reference for future actions. Moderators - if I have missed any accounts then please add the account names to this list.
